Affordable Housing Week
A high-ranking HUD official was in East Oakland today to celebrate the opening of Tassaforanga Village, an affordable housing development that she called a model for the nation. The opening kicked off Affordable Housing Week in the Bay Area, where homes to buy or rent remain too expensive for far too many.
