Affordable Housing: Healthy Families, Sustainable Communities
(Affordable Housing Week 2010 Theme)
Greetings Affordable Housing supporter and promoter,
Be a part of Affordable Housing Week 2010 by starting to plan for an event today!
For the past 13 years East Bay Housing Organizations has been hosting Affordable Housing Week. This series of events forms the core of EBHO's public education campaign. Affordable Housing Week seeks to raise the visibility of affordable housing needs and issues, and solutions; promote the good work of our members and allies; and develop new strategic coalition and campaign partners.
This year Affordable Housing Week will be from May 7-16, 2010.
Become part of our movement by sponsoring and organizing an event for Affordable Housing Week 2010! Ideas for events include building openings, tours, before and after rehab presentations, public education workshops with community stakeholders, and more.
This year EBHO plans to focus on strategic and fewer events that reach wide audiences, have strong attendance, provide vital training opportunities, bring new community members into our movement, and raise the collective profile of EBHO, our members, and affordable housing. To learn how to sponsor an event, please review the following materials (please click on the links to download the PDFs and Word document):
