EBHO’s Annual Membership Meeting and Celebration reportback

Thank you to everyone who attended EBHO’s Annual Membership Meeting and Celebration on November 4th. We had about 100 members turn out to celebrate EBHO’s accomplishments from its 25th year and to build momentum for the year ahead. Members from EBHO campaigns and committees presented their work, and the membership voted to welcome its newest Board members Peggy Lee, Darin Lounds, and Eve Stewart. The membership also thanked and honored outgoing Board members Louis Chicoine, Eric Saijo, and Evelyn Stivers – all of whom have served on the board for six years, completing their full terms.
 
Pursuant to the by-laws, the membership also voted to recommend to the Board the ratification of the following as standing program committees:

1. Oakland Committee
2. Concord Campaign Committee
3. Supportive Housing Committee
4. East Bay Housing Element Committee
5. Affordable Housing Week Planning Committee
6. Interfaith Communities United for Affordable Housing
7. Resident Organizing Campaign Committee
